Home Delivery Policy

We give special attention to the deliveries of products on time as our flawless delivery of the ordered products has been the only reason we’ve come so far in this field and have stayed here for such a long time. We do our deliveries through shared networking & dropped off Services, etc. so as to deliver your medicine overnight; till next morning.

Order Processing Deadline :

All orders placed before 3:30 PM from Monday to Friday (except holidays!) will be processed the same day through a few deliveries that are dependent upon the availability of the items in stock at our distribution centres. All the orders received after the cut-off time will be processed the very next day.

Items On Order :

If an item is currently out of stock in our distribution centres, then the description page will inform you about the unavailability of the product. The expected date when the product will be available in our stores.

Delivery Confirmation Email

When we are done with processing your order, you will receive an automatic delivery confirmation email. One of our customer executives can also call you to confirm your order, whatever suits you but you need to confirm the order to receive a delivery.
